Agriculture has suffered from paucity of talent as it remained largely unorganized sector with little ability to attract good talent. InI is a pioneer in attracting top talent from institutions like IITs and IIMs, build a culture of meritocracy and respect, and provide growth opportunities. This is reflected in its various industry first initiatives:
It’s the first agriculture company to be led by a women CEO. Also, 2 of the 5 board members are women. Across the management and workforce, there is Equal pay for Equal work policy – encouraging more women workers to participate in joining farming sector.
