New Delhi: Recognizing its pioneering efforts of taking tertiary and quaternary level healthcare to the people living in tier-II and tier-III cities of India, global business consulting firm Frost & Sullivan awarded Nayati Healthcare with the prestigious India Emerging Healthcare Services Provider Company of the Year 2019. The highly coveted annual Frost & Sullivan Best Practices Awards recognizes and awards companies demonstrating visionary growth and strategic development and thought leadership across industries.

Committed to providing world-class healthcare to patients of tier II and III cities in India, Nayati Healthcare has been working towards revolutionizing the healthcare industry in India.

Speaking on the occasion, Ms. Niira Radia, Chairperson of Nayati Healthcare said, “We are humbled to receive the prestigious award.  We believe that quality healthcare is a basic right to dignity and it is our mission to make quality healthcare accessible, affordable and accountable to all.

The most painful reality of healthcare in India is that while 70% of the population lives in tier II and tier III cities whereas majority of the healthcare facilities are concentrated in the metros. When Nayati Healthcare started its journey in 2012, we did a sweeping study from Jammu to Jamshedpur and found that while North India is the most populated part of India, it has one of the most underserved healthcare infrastructures in the country. There is huge unmet need for quality healthcare in this part of the country, hence we started our first hospital in Mathura, a tier III city. When we first ventured into the region, we faced a lot of skepticism. The overwhelming response to our Mathura hospital today bears testimony to our efforts in taking super specialization at the grass root level, where it is needed the most. This award is a recognition for the untiring efforts of the 1600 strong team of Nayatians who took the leap of faith in taking the best healthcare facilities to the masses.”

Nayati currently operates the flagship hospital, Nayati Medicity in Mathura and Nayati Hospital in Agra, Vimhans Nayati in Delhi, and has upcoming hospitals in Varanasi, Amritsar, Gurugram and Nayati Sunderlal Jain Hospital (soon to be launched) in Ashok Vihar, Delhi.
