Redcliffe Labs appoints Prof. SS Anand as new Medical Director

New Delhi: Redcliffe Labs, a unit of Redcliffe Lifetech in the United States and India, has appointed Prof. SS Anand as the new Medical Director of its radiology division, Redcliffe Imaging.
In his new strategic role, Prof. Anand will drive the nation-wide expansion and growth plan for Redcliffe Imaging. Under his expert guidance, Redcliffe Imaging aims to become a quality radiology service provider with an enhanced patient experience.
Prior assuming the new role, Prof. Anand has completed thirty-seven glorious years as an established professional in radiology.
Prof. Anand has been awarded Army Commander’s and Chief of Army Staff Commendation for his services to improve patient care during his tenure. He has retired from the Indian Army as Brigadier.

He has been credited with many ground-breaking initiatives such as the first CT scan machine in the army command hospital, Pune. He has established the PET-CT scan and Medical Cyclotron in Army Hospital (R&R), New Delhi.
An Alumnus of KGMC- Lucknow, INMAS- New Delhi and PGI- Chandigarh; Prof. SS Anand was a mentor, guide and examiner in both Nuclear Medicine & Radiology. He has served as the Dean of Army College of Medical Sciences New Delhi and Hamdard Medical College, New Delhi. He has also written numerous publications on radio diagnosis.
